SAML SSO is currently in beta and the beta is at maximum capacity. We plan to release SAML SSO publicly after we’ve had time to gather insights from our beta testers and make necessary updates and enhancements.

If your account is part of Harvest’s SAML beta, and an Administrator in your account has already configured SAML SSO for your team in Harvest using Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, you’ll be able to sign in to your Harvest account using SAML. 

SAML SSO is supported when accessing your account in a web browser, Harvest mobile app, and Harvest desktop app.

Sign in with SAML SSO in a web browser

Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID in a web browser

1. Click the Use SAML link.
2. On the Sign in with SAML screen, enter your Work email and click Sign in.
3. On the Microsoft Entra ID webview page, sign in with your Work email and Microsoft Entra ID password.

Sign in with Okta in a web browser

1. Click the Use SAML link.
2. On the Sign in with SAML screen, enter your Work email and click Sign in.
3. On the Okta webview page, sign in with your Work email and Okta password.

Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID on mobile 

1. Open your Harest mobile app and click the Use SAML link.
2. On the Sign in with SAML screen, enter your Work email and click Sign in.
3. On the Microsoft Entra ID webview page, sign in with your Work email and Microsoft Entra ID password.

Sign in with Okta on mobile 

1. Open your Harvest mobile app, click the Use SAML link.
2. On the Sign in with SAML screen, enter your Work email and click Sign in.
3. On the Okta webview page, sign in with your Work email and Okta password.

Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID on the Windows desktop app 

1. Open the Harvest for Windows app and click the Use SAML link.
2. On the Sign in with SAML screen, enter your Work email and click Sign in.
3. On the Microsoft Entra ID webview page, sign in with your Work email and Microsoft Entra ID password.

Sign in with Okta on the Windows desktop app 

1. Open the Harvest for Windows app and click the Use SAML link.
2. On the Sign in with SAML screen, enter your Work email and click Sign in.
3. On the Okta webview page, sign in with your Work email and Okta password.
