Do Harvest employees have access to my data?
Yes. Harvest employees have the capability to access your account solely for troubleshooting or debugging purposes. We do this as rarely as possible, and it is almost always tied to a support ticket created by a customer.
To access an account, a Harvest employee must be signed in to our Admin panel. The access is logged, and a reason is provided for the account impersonation. Harvest employees will not add, edit, or delete data without specific, written instructions from our customers.
