iPhone - Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble using the Harvest for iPhone app, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can take. There’s also a separate article with information about unsynced entries.

Make sure your device’s date and time are being set automatically

From your device’s Home screen:

  1. Tap the Settings app icon.
  2. Tap General, then tap Date & Time.
  3. Make sure Set Automatically is switched on.

Make sure you’re using the latest version of Harvest for iPhone

  1. Go to the App Store on your device and search for Harvest (the app is listed as Harvest Time & Expense Tracker).
  2. Tap UPDATE.

Clear cache

From the Harvest for iPhone app:

  1. Tap the Account icon (lower right).
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Select Clear Cache.
  4. Sign back in to the app.

Uninstall and reinstall the app

From your device’s Home screen:

  1. Tap and hold the Harvest for iPhone app icon until the icon starts to wiggle.
  2. Tap the x in the top corner of the app icon.
  3. Tap Delete in the alert.
  4. Download and install Harvest for iPhone again from the App Store.
