iPhone - Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble using the Harvest for iPhone app, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can take. There’s also a separate article with information about unsynced entries.
Make sure your device’s date and time are being set automatically
From your device’s Home screen:
- Tap the Settings app icon.
- Tap General, then tap Date & Time.
- Make sure Set Automatically is switched on.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of Harvest for iPhone
- Go to the App Store on your device and search for Harvest (the app is listed as Harvest Time & Expense Tracker).
- Tap UPDATE.
Clear cache
From the Harvest for iPhone app:
- Tap the Account icon (lower right).
- Select Advanced.
- Select Clear Cache.
- Sign back in to the app.
Uninstall and reinstall the app
From your device’s Home screen:
- Tap and hold the Harvest for iPhone app icon until the icon starts to wiggle.
- Tap the x in the top corner of the app icon.
- Tap Delete in the alert.
- Download and install Harvest for iPhone again from the App Store.
