How can I pay via check or bank transfer?

If you have 10 or more seats in your account and are paying yearly, you can pay for your subscription via bank transfer or check. In all other cases, we only accept payment by credit card, although if you have 10+ seats and are paying monthly, it’s easy to switch to yearly payment and request an invoice.

If you’re currently paying yearly for 10+ seats:

  1. Click on Settings (upper right corner).
    • Only Administrators can view and change account settings.
  2. Under Billing Information, click the Pay by Check button.

If you’re currently paying monthly for 10+ seats:

  1. Click on Settings (upper right corner).
    • Only Administrators can view and change account settings.
  2. Under Billing Information, click Pay Yearly.
  3. On the following page, click the Request an Invoice button.
  4. You’ll be brought to a page that’ll allow you to request an invoice from us. Simply fill in your billing and email addresses, and we’ll send you an invoice that includes the bank details needed to make your payment.
