How can I view/download my Harvest subscription receipts?

If you’re a Member, check out our Member resources.
If you pay for Harvest by credit card, any Administrator can view your subscription receipts and download them as PDFs at any time.
Receipts for active accounts
- Click Settings (top right).
- Note that only Administrators have access to Settings.
- In the Billing information section, look in the Subscription plan area.
- Click the See billing history link.
The See billing history link will become available after the first receipt is generated. Note that this can take a few hours after you first upgrade to a paid account.
Receipts for on hold accounts
- Click Settings (top right).
- Note that only Administrators have access to Settings.
- In the Billing information section, look in the Previous plan area.
- Click the See billing history link.
Invoices vs. receipts
In Harvest, receipts are sent after subscriptions are paid by credit card. These are different than invoices, which can be paid by check or bank transfer.
If you pay for Harvest via invoice, your invoices will not be displayed in your account. Please contact us, and we can re-send invoices by email.
