How can I see when I stopped or started a timer?

By default, your timers will only show you the duration they've run, not the time they were started or stopped. 

However, if you want to see timestamps for when you start and stop tracking time, your account can be set to show those in addition to the duration. Any Administrator can make that change by taking the following steps:

  1. Head to Settings > Preferences.
  2. Scroll down to click Edit preferences.
  3. In the Timer mode field, choose Track time via start and end time.
  4. Click Save preferences

This is an account-wide setting and will affect everyone who uses the account. It will also only apply going forward, so any timers from before the setting was enabled will still only show the total time, not start and end times.

Note: When the Timer mode is set to Track time via start and end time, your team will only be able to track time from the Day view of their timesheets. The Week view will be read-only.
