Can I use one Harvest account for multiple companies/entities?

Harvest is not designed to support multiple companies or DBAs from a single account. Accounts only allow one company name and logo to appear on invoices, and any changes made to your invoice template will apply to existing invoices as well as future ones.

The best option is to set up as many different Harvest accounts as you have companies. You can use the same email address for each account, which makes switching between the two quick and easy. You can also contact us for information about linking the billing of your various accounts if need be.
