Managing your Forecast invoice subscription

Billing requires View and Edit permissions.

Update your account’s billing information

To update your billing information, head to your Settings (upper right corner) and scroll down to the Billing information section. 

Anyone with View and Edit permissions can manage most billing-related updates in the account’s Settings section. Here you can update your billing method and billing details such as your card on file, billing address, and invoice recipient, and access all of the invoices for your Forecast subscription.

Adjust the number of paid seats for your invoiced subscription

Note: The information below explains how to adjust your payment plan when adding or removing seats. Adding a teammate to your Forecast account is a different process.

Adding people to your payment plan

To add seats to your subscription, anyone with View and Edit permissions can take the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing information.
  2. Next to Current plan, click Add people.
  3. Enter the total number of seats you want to add.
  4. Click Update my plan.

After taking these steps, a prorated invoice will be generated for the additional seats added to your plan. The invoice will be sent via email to your account’s invoice recipient. You can also find the invoice by clicking the See invoices link in the Billing information section of your Settings.

Note: It's also possible to add seats to your invoiced account by clicking the + Add person button right from the Team schedule and entering the number of seats you want to add.

Removing people from your payment plan

We do not automatically adjust your payment plan when you archive or delete people. To remove seats from your subscription, anyone with View and Edit permissions can take the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing information.
  2. Next to Current plan, click Remove people.
  3. Enter the number of seats to remove.
    • If you enter a lower number than the current number of active people, you’ll need to archive people first.
  4. Click Update my plan (yearly).

A prorated credit for the removed seat will be added to your account. This credit will be automatically applied to your next invoice. Please note that the credit can’t be added to existing, open invoices.
