Harvest is meant to be used for time and expense tracking and invoicing. We don’t currently offer any payroll services or integrations with other payroll tools aside from Deel. We also don't feature a specific payroll report, but it is possible to export time and expense data to Excel or CSV format, so you could potentially import it into your payroll tool.
