If you’d like to include a Fixed Fee project on your Time & Materials recurring invoice template, you can manually link a Fixed Fee project to a line item on the recurring invoice template. 

Note that in doing so, that manually added line item will be included on all future invoices generated by the template until the template is edited to remove that line item, even if a Fixed Fee project linked on the template has been invoiced for the full project fee amount. 

Creating a recurring invoice for only Fixed Fee projects

You can follow the steps to create a free form recurring invoice template and then link a Fixed Fee project to a line item on the invoice. 

Note that recurring invoices will continue to be generated based on the free form recurring invoice template settings, even if a Fixed Fee project linked on the template has been invoiced for the full project fee amount.
