I'm not receiving emails from Harvest. What should I do?

If you're expecting a report export or other email from Harvest but you haven't received it, there are a few reasons you may not be recieving emails from us.

Add Harvest to your list of trusted senders

Most emails from Harvest come from either notifications@harvestapp.com or support@harvestapp.com. To ensure you get our messages, please take a moment to add notifications@harvestapp.com and support@harvestapp.com to your list of trusted senders.

Search your mailbox

You may also search your mailbox for messages from notifications@harvestapp.com or support@harvestapp.com. If our emails land in your spam or another mailbox in your account due to email filters, searching the entire email account will help your uncover them. 

A note about email verification services

If you use an email verification service that requires a sender to complete a challenge or otherwise verify their identity before your provider will deliver a message, this may result in messages from Harvest being undelivered. To ensure you get our messages, please take a moment to add notifications@harvestapp.com and support@harvestapp.com to your list of trusted senders for the service.
