Version 1 billing: How do I add my company’s tax information to my Harvest subscription receipt or invoice?

You can add company tax information, such as a VAT number, to your Harvest subscription receipts and invoices in your account Settings.

To add more details to your Harvest receipts or invoices, take the following steps in a web browser:

  1. Head to Settings.
    • Only Administrators can access settings.
  2. Click into the Billing tab.
  3. Click the Add details or Update detailslink next to Additional details.
  4. Add your details in the text field and click Save receipt details

While it is not possible to add the information to previous receipts or invoices, we’ll add the information to your Harvest subscription receipts and invoices going forward.
