Why can't I see the settings option in my account?

Whether or not you can see the settings for your Harvest account depends on where you're accessing Harvest and your permissions.

Who has access to settings in the web version of Harvest?

Only people with Administrator permissions have access to the Harvest account's main settings that apply to the entire account. Administrators can only manage Harvest account Settings in a web browser. This includes managing your subscription.

I see the settings but do not see an option to close my account. Why is that?

How can I manage settings for my own profile?

If you'd like to see which options are available for your profile rather than the entire account, click your name to the top right and select My profile or Notifications while signed in to a web browser.

Who has access to settings in the mobile and desktop apps?

Everyone can manage some settings for their own profile in our apps, such as clearing the cache, managing keyboard shortcuts, and certain display settings, among other things. To find more information about managing your app settings, refer to the apps section of our Help Center.
