I want to change my web address (subdomain). What should I do?

Any Administrator on your account can change your web address (https://COMPANYNAME.harvestapp.com) before your trial expires or after you upgrade to a Harvest plan.

To change your web address:

  1. Head to Settings (top right).

  2. Select Billing in the left sidebar.

  3. In the Web address area, click the Update address link.

  4. Enter your new web address.

    • Note: If a web address is not available, your team will need to choose a different address.

  5. Click Save web address.

Note: Changing your Harvest account’s web address will break all links to the old web address, including for existing web invoices, (if your plan supports invoices) so you’ll want to notify your team and clients of the change before you make it. You'll need to resend open invoices if your clients still need access to the web invoices.
