You can add your bookkeeper or accountant to Harvest, but we don't have a special access option, such as read-only. Any person who needs access to Harvest will need a paid seat in the account. If you'd like to add your bookkeeper or accountant to your account, you can increase the number of seats in your subscription and invite them to join. 

If your bookkeeper needs access to all reports in the account, you'll want to assign them Administrator permissions. Otherwise, you can review our article on team permissions to see which permission level may be the best fit.
