Version 2 billing: How do I switch to a monthly or yearly plan?

You can choose to pay yearly or monthly when you upgrade to a paid plan. You can also choose to switch from paying monthly to yearly and vice versa at any time.

We accept payment via credit card for all accounts. For accounts paying yearly with 10 or more seats, we also accept payment via wire transfer or ACH.

Switch to monthly payment from your current yearly plan

If you're currently paying for a Harvest yearly subscription and switch to monthly, you'll be charged the new monthly amount on the date your yearly plan was scheduled to renew, and your subscription will renew on that same date each month.

  1. Click on Settings (upper right corner).
    • Only Administrators can view and change account settings.
  2. In the Billing tab (left sidebar), click Pay monthly in the Payment method section.
  3. Review the subscription change on the next page, then click the Pay monthly button to confirm.

If you need to cancel the planned subscription change, you can do so at any time prior to your account's renewal by clicking the Undo link in the Billing section of your Settings.
