Version 2 billing: How can I view/download my Harvest subscription invoices and receipts?

Any Administrator can view your subscription invoices and receipts and download them as PDFs at any time.

  1. Go to Settings (top right).
    • Note that only Administrators have access to Settings.
  2. Select Billing in the left sidebar.
  3. Click the Billing history link in the Payment method section.
  4. To view your invoice and the receipt for your payment, click View invoice/receipt button next to the charge.
  5. Use the buttons on the next page to Download invoice or Download receipt.

The Billing history link will become available after the first invoice/receipt is generated.

Invoices vs. receipts

An invoice is a request for payment and a receipt is proof of payment received for that invoice. Harvest provides both for all of our subscriptions. Credit card subscription invoices are paid immediately by the credit card on file and the receipt is emailed to the Account Owner and any other listed receipt recipients.

Accounts on a yearly invoice subscription can pay their invoices by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer. Once paid, a receipt will be generated and sent to the Account Owner and email recipients. The receipt will also appear in the account’s Billing history.
