How can I see when I started and stopped a timer?

By default, timers will only show the duration they've run, not the start and end times.

However, if you want to see timestamps for when timers are started and stopped, your account can be set to show those in addition to the duration. Any Administrator can make that change by taking the following steps:

  1. Head to Settings > Preferences.
  2. Scroll down to click Edit preferences.
  3. In the Timer mode field, choose Track time via start and end time.
  4. Click Save preferences

This is an account-wide setting and will affect everyone who uses the account. It will also only apply going forward, so any timers from before the setting was enabled will still only show the total time, not start and end times.

Note: When the Timer mode for your account is set to Track time via start and end time, you'll only be able to track time from the Day view of your timesheet. The Week view will be read-only when the account is set to track start and end times.
